Berlin gay pride
On the weekend of the July is the 31st edition of the Lesbian and Gay City Festival on Nollendorfplatz, with six stages, five themed festival worlds and community projects from Berlin, Germany and beyond. Its aim is to demonstrate for equal rights and equal treatment for LGBT people, as well as celebrate the pride in Gay and Lesbian Culture.
On Christopher Street Day, hundreds of thousands of people take to the streets to fight for the rights of LGBTQ+ people with a great parade, colourful floats and lots of music. Join us as part of our Berlin Pride Month programme and celebrate the rich, diverse history of queer Berlin!

Step back in time with a journey through the vibrant queer scene of Berlin in the s, as seen through the eyes of Christopher Isherwood, the author of Cabaret and Goodbye to Berlin. InBerlin Pride will take place on the 26th of July. At the time of writing, there are lots of events to be confirmed, but some have already been announced via the Pride Festival website.

The parade for Berlin Pride takes place around Kurfürstendamm street one week after the Lesbian and Gay City Festival. Around one million people usually take part in the Christopher Street Day parade. Spots are limited so make sure you sign up in advance via our tours and events pagewhere you can also see everything else that is going on at The Circus.
